  1. Rigid Support
    Aluminum or steel cross member prevents rod deflection (sagging) and ensures uniform contact with the web.
  2. Rod Bed
    UHMW polyethylene is a smooth, non-abrasive and durable surface that won't wear down your coating rod. Wipes the rod clean and prevents coating from splashing onto the metered surface. Weep holes allow excess coating to drain out.
  3. Clamp System
    A stainless steel strip holds the bed down tight and straight. Allows for quick rod bed changes.
  4. Motor
    Air or electric drive motor with variable speed, reversible controls. Ensures even rod wear and prevents clogging.
  5. QuickCoupler
    Enables quick, tool-free rod changes and accommodates minor misalignment.
